This Privacy Policy explains how StampForge LLC ("StampForge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the StampForge service. By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

• Company information (optional)
• Stamp design data you create in the Builder
• Basic usage and account activity needed to operate the Service

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service — including storing and processing your stamp designs, delivering generated PDF stamps, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your stamp designs are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to you and StampForge administrators for support purposes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — StampForge does not store credit card numbers.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@stampforge.com. Closing your account removes your access to the Service; stamp designs may be retained for up to 90 days following termination before deletion.
