By creating an account or using any part of StampForge (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and StampForge LLC ("StampForge," "we," "us," or "our").
StampForge provides a web-based tool for designing, generating, and downloading custom PDF stamps compatible with Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Acrobat. Our services include:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use StampForge. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stampforge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or pricing is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Stamp purchases are priced by complexity: Simple ($149), Intermediate ($299), and Complex ($599). Modifications are charged at 75% of the original price. Re-downloads are charged at 50% of the original price.
Subscription plans (Pro and Developer) are billed upfront for the full term selected (1-year or 2-year). Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will be notified before expiration and must manually renew.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect active subscription terms already paid for.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes applicable to your purchase based on your jurisdiction.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes one-time stamp purchases, modification fees, re-download fees, and subscription plans. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your purchased stamp, contact us at support@stampforge.com within 30 days. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical delivery failures at no additional charge. Technical support does not constitute a basis for refund.
We strongly encourage you to use the free builder preview and review your stamp design thoroughly before purchasing.
You retain ownership of the visual layout and field configurations you create in the StampForge Builder. By using the Service you grant StampForge a limited license to store and process your designs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
StampForge retains all rights to the platform, builder application, master calculation scripts, generated JavaScript, and all underlying technology. The embedded scripts delivered within your PDF stamps are licensed for your use but remain the intellectual property of StampForge LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, extract, resell, or redistribute these scripts.
StampForge, the StampForge logo, and related marks are trademarks of StampForge LLC. You may not use them without prior written consent.
You agree not to use StampForge to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service: your name, email address, company information (optional), and stamp design data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your stamp designs are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to you and StampForge administrators for support purposes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — StampForge does not store credit card numbers.
By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this section. For questions about your data, contact support@stampforge.com.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that stamps will function identically across all versions of Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat, as platform updates by those vendors may affect stamp behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StampForge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to StampForge in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@stampforge.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Stamp designs stored in your account may be deleted after 90 days following termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
