All subscription plans are billed upfront for the full term. For example, the Pro 1-Year plan is charged $5,999 on day one and gives you 12 months of unlimited access. After your term ends, you'll need to renew to continue your subscription.

Subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of your paid term. Please review our full Terms of Service before subscribing.

While we don't offer refunds, we absolutely stand behind our product. If your stamp has a technical issue — such as JavaScript not running correctly or fields not behaving as expected — please contact support@stampforge.com and we'll make it right.

Yes — contact support@stampforge.com and we'll help you upgrade. Credit for remaining time on your current plan may be applied toward the new plan at our discretion.

Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Acrobat are two distinct outputs — each stamp is built with embedded JavaScript tailored to the platform you choose, so the files are not interchangeable. Every purchase covers one output at a time. Switching an existing stamp from one platform to the other requires regenerating that embedded code, so it's treated as a modification and billed accordingly.
